Want to join our team?

Sway doesn’t just happen on stage. It also lives in the people who believe in the festival, share their energy and help create the experience we want to offer the whole community.

If you want to experience Sway in a different way — meet new people, get a behind-the-scenes view and help build a festival that brings together dance, music and people from all over the world — this could be the place for you.

Join our Ambassador & Volunteer Programme and be part of the team that brings Sway to life.
